Dr. Crowder, an assistant professor at Loyola Marymount University, has been awarded an honorable mention for the 2021 Best Dissertation Award from the APSA's Women, Gender, and Politics Research Section for “Intersectional Solidarity: The Political Consequences of a Consciousness of Race, Gender, and Sexuality.” She completed her PhD in Politics at Princeton in 2020.
