Germán Gieczewski received his PhD in Economics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2016. He is currently an Associate Professor of Politics at Princeton University and Director of the Research Program in Political Economy. Professor Gieczewski is primarily interested in formal models of political and economic institutions. Among other topics, his research focuses on the behavior of agents within organizations, processes of decentralized information transmission and the dynamics of conflict.
