John B. Londregan, Professor of Politics, and Robert P. George, McCormick Professor of Jurisprudence, have been appointed to the New Jersey Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. Professor George, who served on the Commission from 1993-98, has been named Chairman of the Committee. The Committee monitors civil rights issues in New Jersey and is currently conducting a study of antisemitism in New Jersey’s educational institutions.
