- Showcase (12:00 - 1:00 pm, Frist 100-level): Meet the presenters, view displayed project posters and exhibits, and vote for your favorite poster presentation (an opportunity exclusively available to in-person attendees).
- Reception (1:00 - 2:30 pm, Frist Gallery, Basement Level): Enjoy food and conversations with presenters.
- Awards Celebration (2:30-3:30 pm, Frist Multipurpose Room, Basement Level): Watch as PRD award winners discuss their work with university leaders.
