Valentina received her Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh.  She will join the University of Southern California (USC) as an Assistant Professor in Political Science and International Relations for the fall of 2025. Valentina's primary research interests lie at the intersection of international political economy and comparative politics, with a specific interest in the impact of technological change on individual political behavior and the evolution of party systems.
