I have been a post-doctoral fellow at the Institute for Politics and Strategy at Carnegie Mellon University since 2016. I earned my Ph.D. in Politics at Princeton University specializing in international relations and comparative politics. I hold a B.A. in Political Science and Chinese from the University of Notre Dame (2006) and an M.P.P. from the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan (2008). From 2008 to 2010, I was an international affairs analyst at the Congressional Budget Office.
