Isabelle DeSisto studies comparative politics in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. Her research focuses on questions related to repression, propaganda, and education policies, particularly in authoritarian contexts. Isabelle has a BA in Government (summa cum laude) and an MA in Regional Studies: Russia, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia, both from Harvard University, as well as an MPhil in Politics and International Studies (with distinction) from the University of Cambridge.
