Florian is a PhD student in Comparative Politics at Princeton. His research focuses on issues of misinformation, democratic fragmentation, polarization, and political methodology, primarily in the Western European context. Florian holds a BSc in Politics in International Relations from the London School of Economics and Political Science. His latest article, Null Effects of Pro-Democracy Speeches by U.S. Republicans in the Aftermath of January 6th, is published in the Journal of Experimental Politics. Currently, Florian is working on a large-scale randomized controlled trial on media literacy and misinformation in India, funded by the Social Science Research Council.
