Aidan Calvelli is a Ph.D. Candidate in Politics at Princeton University, where he studies democratic theory and American political development. His primary interest is the history of democracy reform.
Aidan’s work has been published or is forthcoming in the Annual Review of Political Science, the Election Law Journal, and (as a student) the Harvard Law Review.
Aidan received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School, where he was an Articles Editor on the Harvard Law Review, a Law & Political Economy Student Fellow, and the recipient of the Law & Political Economy Student Writing Prize. He earned his A.B. in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Brown University, where he was awarded the Philo Sherman Bennett Prize for the best essay on free government.
