Jeffrey is the IT manager for the Politics Department. He joined the Universities OIT Support and Operations Center (now called The Service Desk) in 2015 and the Politics Department in 2017. A graduate of Northern Michigan University with an BS in Computer Information Systems and a Masters in Educational Administration he provides end user support for the department and all it's programs along with website development, web application, and IT consultation to find solutions to meet it's teaching, learning, and research needs.
Holding his Certification in Accessibility Core Competencies and Apple Certified Support Professional, he is currently working on his EdD In Educational Technology Leadership. Jeffrey has written for, and presented at, conferences on topics ranging from Accessibility, LGBTQ+ considerations in IT, AI in Education, and Universal Design for Learning.
An active volunteer with The Seeing Eye, Jeffrey works with dogs in their Puppy Development Program with the goal of them becoming future guide dogs.
