Politics PhD candidate Ryan Dukeman has been named one of 15 National Security & Foreign Policy LGBTQ New Voices by Out in National Security and the New America foundation for his research and professional work on institutional reform in American diplomacy.

According to the web announcement, "[t]his year’s list features exceptional professionals currently serving in government, the military, think tanks, academia, and non-governmental organizations. We applaud the work they are doing to not just stand in, but also stand out."
