Graduate student, Rikio Inouye, receives the Best Paper for the entire Foreign Policy Section from the American Political Science Association. This award recognizes the best paper presented on a panel organized by the Foreign Policy Section at the 2023 APSA Annual Meeting. The paper is titled, Preserve, Pressure, Protect, and Peel: The US-China Rivalry and the Politics of Vaccine Provision.
