The 18th Princeton University Graduate Conference in Political Theory will be held from Friday, April 17 to Saturday, April 18, 2026.

The conference offers graduate students a unique opportunity to present and receive feedback on works in progress. Each session is devoted to a single paper. After receiving comments from a Princeton graduate student discussant, each author will engage in an extended question-and-answer period with Princeton faculty, students and invited guests.

The keynote lecture, titled “Designing Reproductive Justice: Morrisonian Democracy and the Built Environment,” will be delivered by Professor Shatema Threadcraft (Vanderbilt University) on Friday, April 17, at 4:30 pm.

Conference attendance is free and open to the extended Princeton community and to affiliates of neighboring institutions. A link to the conference papers will be sent to all registrants. Please complete this form to register.

The conference is generously supported by the University Center for Human Values and the Department of Politics.
